Stylohyoid muscle in the context of the ventral neck

Muscle that runs from the styloid process of the temporal bone to the cornus and cornu majus of the hyoid bone, whose dividing attachment tendon surrounds the digastric muscle. It pulls the hyoid bone dorsocranially and is involved in swallowing and opening the jaw.
