  1. This exercise is the counterpart to the one in which the back of the head is pressed against the wall. Accordingly, the antagonists of the muscles addressed in the latter are strengthened. The flexors of the cervical spine are therefore at the forefront here. In quite a few people, these muscles are relatively weak. If it seems difficult to lift the head when lying on the back, this is a sign of this. On the other hand, a head forward posture that is frequently maintained over a longer period of time contributes to the loss of strength in these muscles. There are several factors that favour this
    1. too great a distance from the monitor when working on a screen
    2. too high a resolution of the monitor when working on a screen
