Some of the hatha yoga exercises presented here are very effective, both in the physical area as well as in the psychological and vital part of the overall human structure. Furthermore, some of the poses are completely unsuitable for beginners, especially without expert guidance. In addition, some of the poses may be partly contrary to current conventional medical teaching, and assessment of interactions between any kind of conventional medical therapy and intensive practice of yoga poses requires the expertise of a specialist who is knowledgeable in both areas, of which there are currently extremely few to our knowledge.
We present here our experience from our own practice and accept no responsibility for any damage, consequential damage or accidents that may occur, in particular as a possible consequence or in temporal connection with the incorrect, (medically or psychomental) inappropriate execution or as a result of excessive practicing of the poses shown here.
