the hip flexor that originates in the iliac crestand attaches to the lesser trochanter together with the greater psoas of the inner anterior superior femur.
Origin: iliac fossa and anterior inferior iliac spine of the ilium
Attachment: Lesser trochanter of the femur
Innervation: Nervus femoralis (L3 bis L4)
