Origin: medial sides of the individual tendons of the flexor digitorum longus
Insertion: medial edge of the proximal phalanx 2-5
Innervation: Nervus plantaris lateralis from n. tibialis from plexus sacralis from S1 and S2
Antagonists:
Movement: Plantar flexion of toes 2-5 and adduction in the direction of the big toe
