  1. caput humerale: Epicondylus medialis humeri
  2. caput ulnare: Tuberositas ulnae
  3. Caput radiale: front surface of the radius

Attachment: Base of the middle phalanges of the 2nd-5th finger
Innervation: Nervus medianus from Plexus brachialis from C7 and C8
Antagonists:
Movement: Palmar flexion in the wrist and flexion of the metacarpophalangeal joints and proximal interphalangeal joints of the fingers.
