Origin: Crista supracondylaris lateralis humeri, septum intermusculare laterale
Attachment: Base of the second metacarpal bone
Innervation: Nervus radialis from Plexus brachialis from C6-C7
Antagonists:
Movement: Dorsiflexion and radial abduction of the wrist, flexion of the elbow joint, with flexed arm: weak pronation, with extended arm: supination
