Origin: Facies medialis of the fibula, interosseous membrane of the leg
Attachment: End phalanx of the big toe
Innervation: Nervus fibularis profundus from plexus sacralis (L4-S1)
Antagonists:
Movement: Dorsiflexion of the hallux and dorsiflexion of the foot
Strengthening postures (982): when the toes are pressed to the floor, strengthen supta virasana and virasana
Stretching postures (981): virasana, supta_virasana, baddha padasana, 5th hip opening
